Once an order is placed and processed, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or delays caused by third-party delivery carriers. We kindly ask that you review your cart, shipping details, and product selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Order Errors While all sales are final, your satisfaction with our craftsmanship is incredibly important to us. We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our facility.

Cancellations Because we begin preparing your custom arrangements and gift boxes shortly after an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed in our system.
