Return Policy:

If the balloons are received damaged, or less than ordered, we will replace them or refund the cost of the item damaged or missing, and not the whole order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We will not accept order cancellation on the day of delivery. Order only can be cancelled two days before. Customers can change the desired date of order a day before the delivery day.
